1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the GrocifyCA mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

GrocifyCA is a grocery price comparison tool that helps Canadian consumers compare prices across multiple grocery store chains. We aggregate publicly available pricing information from store websites and weekly flyers.

3. Price Accuracy Disclaimer

Prices shown in the App are estimates based on publicly available data. Actual in-store prices may vary. We update prices regularly but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy. Always verify prices at the point of purchase.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the App
• Interfere with the App's infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and its code are owned by GrocifyCA. Product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective grocery chains.

7. Limitation of Liability

GrocifyCA is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on prices shown in the App. We are not responsible for price differences between the App and actual store prices.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
